Why host Plane on VPSnet
Managed install
Install from Applications with safe defaults, then complete the application’s own account setup or sign-in flow.
Managed HTTPS
Most web UIs use *.vpsnet.cloud with platform certificates.
DDoS protection included
VPSnet network protection applies to your VPS traffic.
Panel lifecycle
Restart, logs, health, update, and uninstall stay in Applications — SSH is optional.
Four steps to a running app
Order a fitting VPS
Choose Firecracker or Cloud VPS that meets the product page sizing.
Install from Applications
Choose an access mode (VPSnet HTTPS is the usual default). Expand Additional settings for optional fields and Optional packs. This recipe does not generate one-time panel credentials. Confirm a restart if asked.
Set up your application account
Open the application and follow its own owner setup or sign-in flow. VPSnet does not invent or email a password for this recipe.
Open when HTTPS is ready
Use Open URL from Applications, finish initial setup (sign-in or in-app wizard), then complete one real job in the app.
Order a VPS with Plane
Choose Firecracker VPS or Cloud VPS. Managed Applications install is part of the catalog — you pay for the server plan that fits the app’s resources.
Hosting questions
01What is application hosting on VPSnet?
You order a VPS and install a Managed Applications catalog recipe. Pricing is the VPS plan — not a separate SaaS tier for every app.
02Where is the full install guide?
Every published app has a documentation page at /applications/{slug}/docs with steps, variables, and troubleshooting.
