A dedicated server is a physical machine reserved entirely for you. There is no virtualization layer — you get direct access to the hardware for maximum performance, with full control over the CPU, RAM, storage, and operating system.
02Can I order a custom configuration (GPU, more RAM or storage)?
Yes. The listed configurations are examples only — we can provide any kind of dedicated server, including GPU servers, blade systems, high-memory nodes, and storage-optimized builds. Contact us for an individual quote.
03How quickly is a dedicated server activated?
Within 24 working hours when all parts are in stock, or up to 3 business days if additional components need to be ordered. Every server comes with remote management access and a control panel.
04Which operating systems can I install?
Any operating system supported by the chosen server architecture: all Linux distributions, Windows Server (license available), and OpenBSD. If you do not find the OS you are looking for, contact us.
05How do I manage the server remotely?
Every dedicated server includes KVM/IPMI remote access, so you can reach the console and reinstall the OS even when the machine is unreachable over the network. The infrastructure is monitored 24/7.
06Where is the hardware located?
