This resource is canceled and recalculated if the service is transferred or not paid on time (for example service has expired).
 
The resource is calculated for every VPS plan separately. For example, if you have two VPS plans and one has been valid for a month, 2% extra RAM will be applied to it, and if the other one has been valid for a year, 24% extra RAM will be applied to it.
